You will have the option during the listing process to auto-relist at a discounted price if it does not sell.
Is there a guarantee that I will receive my purchased items, or money for my items? What can I do if I do not receive my item or money?
Due to the feedback rating system, people are motivated to complete sales to keep their seller rating up. In the future we plan to offer BP verified "middlemen" at an additional cost to help with major purchases.
How do I apply my discount codes?
During the listing process you will see the necessary sections to enter your voucher codes.
Can I retract or cancel my bid?
Yes, you can retract your bid during the bidding process.
What can I do if I win an item, but decide I don't want to buy it?
Your winning bid is considered a binding contract (as outlined in the terms and conditions when you create our account). By refusing to complete the purchase process you will most likely receive negative feedback on your profile. BrokePlanet also reserves the right to ban your account if this becomes a consistent issue.
Can I end my listing at any time?
This is based on the type of auction. Please review the options carefully as you list your auction.
If I pay for an item to be featured on the homepage, how long will it appear there since there are a limited number of open spaces?
Items rotate in and out of those spaces. All items are shown on the homepage equally.
I tried to post a picture with my auction, but it did not appear.
After choosing a picture by browsing your files you must click on the Upload button.
Will I get a notification when my auction is soon to expire?
You will receive email confirmation once the listing is created and once the auction ends. You also have the option of being notified when a new bid has been placed.
